1. Request deletion
1.1. In the Sophea Nous mobile app, open Settings, choose Delete account, then Request deletion and confirm. You do not need to send an email to start a request in the app.
1.2. You can also email support@sophea.ai from the work email address you use for Sophea Nous. Ask to delete your account and include your workspace name. You do not need to sign in to use this option.
2. What is deleted and what stays
2.1. Your account and personal data are deleted. Shared content stays in the workspace.
3. How the request is handled
3.1. Kiefer support handles your request and informs your workspace administrator. Your account is deleted unless the administrator objects within 7 days of being notified. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.
3.2. Sending a request does not delete anything immediately or sign you out.
